The boss

It was my usual day in hospital but everyone were in hurry as they said hospital CEO will be coming today from London.

It was good thing that higher authority person is visiting hospital bit why are they scared.

I was checking my patients and giving them their prescriptions and suddenly I saw all staff were in fear and started running towards main entrance of hospital, and I thought may be they all went to welcome the CEO. But why are they even scared of him or her may be... I had no idea who is it.

As usual one of my senior called me to join there as everyone went to welcome our CEO and when I went there a man came out dressed in all black literally screaming royalty and power he was holding. When I saw his face I realised he was the one from the mall whom I met yesterday.. But today he was completely different. I mean it completely different.

The aura he held today was completely different, now I got to know why everyone was scared of him. Of course the power he has, his appearance, his face and especially his eyes which is more scary. I didn't realise it yesterday as it was just a casual talk, now that I got to know he is my boss and the way he came to hospital today. Damn even without realising I was nervous too.

After welcoming him, he came inside and our senior told us to go back to work as remaining seniors accompanied him to show the hospital. It is really the biggest hospital of the city. When I was going back to work I glanced back and caught he was watching me. May be he remembered our encounter yesterday and he was angry one me... That's why he is staring at me with those scary eyes. Without looking back I went to check my patients.

After some time, I was in my cabin and one of my senior in and informed me to meet the CEO.... what me!!! But why I asked him... But he was scared I don't know whyyy. That scared me more now I had to face my boss. It's not that I did some mistake may be just some interrogation with work.

When I went to his cabin on the top most floor everything was empty and I saw one of my colleague who was trainee as me was leaving from there crying. I asked her what's wrong why are you crying. She said she got fired just now because she couldn't do one proper surgery experiment held by the CEO. Okayyy so he is checking if we are eligible to be a doctor. I felt sorry for her and bid bye to her, while going she said be carefull with him... He is quite rude too.

Now I was hell scared... I'm not doubting about my capability but I was scared of him and seeing everyone fearing him and without wasting time he was firing doctors... Indeed I felt nervous. But I decided to give my best and if I failed I will do my best to be a good doctor again with that I went inside.

Priti: excuse me sir.

Arya: yes, come in.

Priti: (he was holding my resume) so priti it is... He saw me by saying my name.

I don't know why I felt shivers run down my spine when he called my name.

Arya: so Priti how's Arya hospital??

Priti: I realise he is the boss of this hospital and his name is Arya, I told him his hospital name yesterday... Wow how dumb.

I said by giving polite smile... It's a good place and good opportunity to work here sir.

He was silent for few minutes... Watching me, don't know what he was thinking.

I called him sir, is there anything I can do?

Arya: yes, ange.. Priti I want you to show me basic surgery of brain in most practical way possible using this equipments.

Priti: sure sir, I'm ready.

He asked me if I need any time for preparation or any reference. I said no as I knew it very well.

Arya: okay then start it your time starts now.

Priti: so I went near the body(doll) and started using equipments and started surgery by explaining him everything.

But instead of watching the surgery I felt he was watching me without blinking. I thought may be he is observing me on how I'm doing it as it was my test right!!.

After some time I completed the process of showing the practical surgery and told him it was done.

Arya: well done Priti, u did really well. So beauty with brain ha.

He said and I was really relieved to hear well done from him and I was relaxed that I won't get fired.

Then he asked me casually about the work and my study field and the work environment and how seniors are treating me and it was friendly talk between boss and an employee. I felt really relieved after he spoke to me and I was not much scared of him now as everyone feared.

At last he gave me a shakehand saying nice to meet me and when we held hands trust me I felt shivers while giving him shake hand and his eyes. It was somewhat different the eyes, I just feel I saw it somewhere and same feel of losing myself in dark. I just didn't understand myself and professionally bid my greetings and left from there but felt strong pair of eyes behind me.

Arya

She was very smart, a perfect person to become doctor. Now I see how much hard work she has done to be a doctor. But when she was explaining everything I couldn't see anything except for her. Her eyes, her lips her face, her voice... I just want watch her nothing else. Everything was perfectly explained of course I had to check my girls ability and man she proved me she is beauty my beauty with brain.

After that I wanted to talk to her more and I was asking her all professional questions to make her feel better and I knew she was nervous after some time she was at ease and bid her greetings while shaking hands together. Trust me when we shaked our hands she was really soo soft same as in college, I wanted to pull her and hug her tightly and while she was going back I was staring at her figure from back. She has grown beautifully I had to accept.
