I refused to let her sit anywhere but on my legs. The entire ride back to the camp passed by too fast, with my wife sitting on top of me while I drove us with a hand on the steering wheel and another on her sweet ass. Maybe any other day I would have been more cautious. Roads could be dangerous and ambushes could happen anywhere. I knew that better than no one. Still I didn’t let her go. If we were ambushed I would push her down and take the bullets for her. If our car hit a wrong curve I would make it in time to put the seatbelt on her and die in her place.
