*CARLY’S POV*
“Um, are you sure we are going the right way?” Lena asks Brett the following morning during our “hike”.
“Yeah we should, you know, you shouldn’t underestimate me.” Brett tells Lena while giving her a smile.
Lena rolls her eyes then groans.
“I don’t know how you humans don’t complain about your legs.” Lena informs me whilst letting out a sigh.
I chuckled at this.
“Us humans aren’t perfect, sometimes I complain about my legs my hurting as well.” I tell her while gripping my backpack straps tightly.
Lena just nods her head and made a huh sound.
“Well, I’m hungry.” Alec says with a sigh.
“Ah, you men and food.” Lena tells her brother.
