Anna walked down the empty sidewalk, rain pelting her head hard. Her once beautiful dress clung to her like a second skin, outlining her gorgeous figure, but no one was out to admire the wonderful art of her maker. She swiped away her wet hair that clung to her face and squinted a little, trying to see better in the heavy rain. Tears mixed with rain water washed down her face, and she confirmed that waterproof makeup indeed worked because no mascara lines were running down her face, not that she cared anyway.
