Russell eventually accompanied Abigail to the hospital.
Dalton was puzzled when he saw Abigail, and he called Russell out while the woman was tending to her wound.
As good friends for over a decade, he asked directly, "What's the situation between you and Abigail? And Zoey?"
Russell did not want anyone to know or be involved in this matter, after all, Gilberto was an extremely dangerous person.
He smirked and said, "As you can see, I fell in love with Abigail, I got tired of playing with Zoey."
Dalton couldn't believe he received such a response. "Damn it, Russell, are you crazy? Abigail had poisoned Carolyn. How could you possibly like such a ruthless woman? Zoey is beautiful, kind-hearted, and anyone with a brain would choose her. Are you out of your mind?"
