About an extra hour of riding, the cab finally came to a halt, arriving at Charlotte’s parents. “We’re finally here,” Charlotte announced to Wilson as they offloaded their bags from the car’s boot. “I didn’t tell them the actual time I’ll be arriving so I’m going to be kinda surprising them.” “Sounds fun.” They exchanged nods then had Charlotte lead the way.
