Dan and Mac looked at one another, thrilled to have a survivor who knew what the attacker looked like.
Dan asked, “Ma’am, do you think you could come downtown and work with one of the artists to get a composite sketch of the man who attacked you? It would be extremely helpful.”
“I saw him and could recognize him or his picture, but I"m not sure I could describe him well enough to have someone draw him.”
“Our experts are excellent, and their software does a great job. They’ll work with you to pull it together,” Mac explained.
“When would I have to go in?” Valorie asked.
“Normally, we’d want you to go in immediately, but being a Sunday, the artist isn’t in. I’ll set something up for first thing tomorrow. Will that work?” Dan asked.
“I can do that. Where do I need to go?”
