Chapter 22Where there's a will Michael Powell, out of professional respect for his deceased client, had dressed for the reading of the will in an immaculately pressed black suit, stiff collared white shirt and black tie. As he read the will, he managed to inject a degree of gravitas into his voice, which came across as being deeper and more resonant than Ross recalled from their previous conversation. Ross found himself developing a certain respect for the man, who obviously took his responsibilities to his clients, alive or dead, very seriously indeed.
