"Finding the necklace which I wanted to lose and hiding it as a secret was not part of your job"
She hits back to my words and I just stare at her wanting to know the reason behind having this conversation.
All I know is that I did a favor to her.
She's quite young who don't know how the royals function and I understand she wants to be reckless but sometimes wishing to fly higher will just get your wings cut off.
A part of me wants to protect her, but a part of me knows the want is a slice of sin.
I'm here to keep her safe, but as per the order from my Duke and not because I want to.
There's a difference.
