CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO Laptop open, Charlotte scrolled through her photographs of Octavia’s house. She reached the first one she’d taken—Octavia’s body—and enlarged it to the full screen view. But all she searched for was the date and time stamp. Nobody had revealed Octavia’s time of death yet. If Charlotte was correct in her estimate, then the photo was taken between one and three hours after she died. That made it between eleven thirty and one thirty, give or take. Not time for Glenys to walk all the way there from the bookshop with her bad knee and cane and commit murder.
