Chapter 16

-Kate's POV-

It's been a long time and I guess it's already more than a month since I last saw Emi. I miss her so much.

I met a friend here in my school. Her name's Hyeri. She's a good friend, but no one can replace my forever bestfriend/ sister from a different mom since childhood.

Hyeri and I hang out a lot. I also visit her house and her parents are very welcoming.

Today is a Saturday and I'm only staying here at my apartment. To be honest Emi and I are talking in Kakao right now. She says she's going to grocery. Maybe I'll go visit her this Wednesday. Yeah I have to visit her.

My life here is totally different now. Aside from the fact that Emi and I aren't schoolmates anymore, I am starting to focus more with my studies. Kim Taehyung? I don't know. I still love him but, I've finally realized that being with Taehyung is way too impossible. Emi and I are talking about that matter right now.

*Katalk!* Oh I have a new message

"Kate please don't give up. There's a chance okay? Trust me there is because I am never gonna give up on believing that Jungkook might love me soon. I'd work hard for it. It's our dream right?" -Emi

Wow Emi is so determined. I have lost all my hopes but there she is, all determined and hopeful. I really have to visit her this Wednesday. Wednesday is the only day.

-Emi's POV-

Just arrived at my apartment. Shopping is really tiring. Yeah shopping because I am damn rich. Kidding. Well only for now because I didn't get to spend my allowance last month. Haha!

So I bought a lot..... of FOOD.

I bought 60 boxes of milk. Two boxes a day for me to be healthy. Cookies, instant ramen, vitamins, coffee, and etc.

Jungkook are you happy now? Haha!

SNU's not having a class on Wednesday because the professors are having their seminar somewhere I don't know. Kate's gonna visit me on that day.

Should I let her know?

She's my bestfriend. And maybe she'd get the chance to be with V if I let her know. I'll try to help her.
