Marron’s ringing tone rang through the phone almost causing me to drop it in my confusion. The caller ID showed PAUL.
I picked up finding the need to get answers and that too now.
"Hi babe miss me? Why aren't you replying my text? Hope you have not changed your mind about our decision. Why aren't you talking?"
I stood there frozen listening to the all familiar voice speaking at the other side of the call.
"Marron stop these jokes and speak to me."
I remained silent my words and anger caught in my throat.
"Oh!ok you don't want to speak to me? Fine take care and bye. Call me when you feel better and your lips are unzipped." I heard the line going dead.
