Natalie’s POV
Two days later…
I looked at myself in the mirror before letting out a shaky breath.
My palms are clammy while my heart is going haywire in my chest. And I realised that I am visibly nervous at this moment.
I patted myself on my chest to calm my erratically beating heart and whispered to myself, “Relax Nat. You can do it”.
I tried to smile while looking at myself in the mirror and my smile looked really weird. I tried to smile naturally and did a small rehearsal, just how Cyrus taught me.
“I am Natalie Knight. Your.. n..new manager” I tried to say it confidently but failed miserably.
