I had asked my secretary 3 days ago and then she repeated what you had just said earlier that had escaped her mind to remind me of a business trip that had been scheduled impromptu for me and now I was already 7 hours late for it.
Now I found myself looking at her with absolute astonishment because she was not the kind to be so irresponsible with her work so to have her saying these things to me was really throwing me off because it wasn't the way she usually handles her work.
