Brin’s screams faded to nothing as her body burned, filling the cave with the smell of a roasted flesh. The brazen bull was still ablaze from my fire attack, making sure that the job was done perfectly. I felt her soul slipping from her body, hovering above the remains of her being. All that was left was to take them across the wooden rope bridge on the other side of the cave, to the Valley of Hades.
