Present... Mia's POV I left Dylan without responding to his sudden confession. It didn't seem genuine as far as I'm concerned, but I ended up feeling bothered. The night seemed colder and longer than usual and it was hard for me to fall asleep, so I was annoyed when my phone kept buzzing. Who the hell is texting me so early in the morning anyway? I was about to switch off my phone when my phone rang. I groaned inwardly and answered the phone. "Hello, who is it?" "Oh my gosh, Mia! You're a genius, using your personal history to make headlines!" Dominique squealed. "Headlines? Personal history? What are you talking about D?" I rubbed my eyes slowly. "No wonder you were so confident about the whole thing. You should've just told me you already knew Mr Scott personally."
