Colt grunted in acknowledgement, then called towards the door, “Someone come in and clean this mess up.” Sweeping the scattered fragments, the maid’s face flushed crimson. The lingering scent of intimacy hung heavy in the air, and the shards of glass on the floor silently testified to the previous night’s passion. Colt, however, was preoccupied.
