Chapter 6 Do What You're Supposed To

1285 Words
In the pouring rain, the familiar Maybach rolled to a stop in front of Regina. She noticed it from the corner of her eye but didn't think for a second that Colt had turned back for her. She kept her focus on the buses, hoping one would show up soon. Inside the car, Colt watched as Regina didn't even glance his way, and for some reason, it made him anxious. So, he steered the car even closer to her. The window rolled down, but Regina, seeing who it was, had no intention of striking up a conversation. Seeing Regina just stand there and shiver as the cold wind whipped through her rain-soaked clothes, Colt broke the silence with his cold and sharp voice, "Get in now!" His words were void of warmth, yet they hit Regina harder than she expected. It wasn't much of a sweet gesture, but any sort of care from him made Regina feel unfamiliar. Colt, irritated by her hesitation, added in a clipped tone, "Don't you care about your mother at all?" Regina blinked, confused by his sudden comment, but before she could respond, Colt cut her off. "If you get sick, who's going to take care of her?" That hit a nerve, and Regina thought he had a point. The rain was coming down hard, and the bus wasn't due for another forty minutes, if not longer. Glaring at the door handle, Regina finally made up her mind, bit back her pride, and opened the door. "Take me to Clayton Hospital, thanks," she said in a cool tone. Colt didn't say a word all the way, and Regina figured it was because they were about to divorce soon, so any pretending was pointless. He'd probably only come back for her to avoid tomorrow's headlines being like "SummitPeak's Heir Leaves His Wife Stranded in the Rain". As she sat there, uncomfortable in her soaked clothes and feeling sticky from the dampness, she loosened two buttons on her shirt. The now see-through fabric revealed a clear glimpse of her cleavage, no longer hidden in the haze of rainwater. After a while, Regina noticed something was off. "You're going the wrong way. This isn't the road to the hospital." Colt's dark voice interrupted her. "Your clothes are soaked. You really want to show up at the hospital like that?" "Even so, my house isn't in this direction either," Regina snarled. "This is the way," Colt said, his tone firm. Regina's frustration boiled over, and she shouted her strong objection. "Colt, we're getting divorced!" "Is this about Gavin? You're that eager to cut ties with me for him?" Colt's voice was icy, and after that, he didn't speak another word. He sharply turned the wheel and brought the car to a stop. "Regina," he said, his voice full of threat, "you've got one more chance to say that again." Colt didn't wait for a reply. Ignoring the pouring rain, he flung the car door open and stepped out. Seeing her chance, Regina tried to make a run for it, but Colt's hand shot out, grabbing her by the neck and shoving her back into the car. "Regina," he growled, "you haven't answered me. What's really going on between you and Gavin?" Colt stared down at her like a predator closing in on its prey. But Regina had no interest in playing along. She wasn't going to answer him, and her silence said it all. His hand moved to her face, still damp with rain, and gently traced her cheek. As he watched her shiver under his touch, a cruel smile tugged at his lips. "So, you found someone else out there, and now you're done with home?" That was always Colt's problem. He never appreciated what he had when it was in front of him. He'd be off chasing other women yet still demanded absolute loyalty from the one waiting for him at home. Regina clenched her teeth, slapping her hand over Colt's. "Let go of me, Colt! What right do you have to ask me that?" To Colt, Regina's defiance was nothing more than flirting. "Still got that attitude, huh?" Colt smirked, his fingers trailing down her thigh and grazing the sheer fabric of her stockings like a snake coiling around its prey. Regina's face flushed, her body betraying her as she fought to suppress a gasp that threatened to escape her lips. "Stop it!" She turned around, seemingly startled, and tried to push him away while hitting him in desperation. But it didn't take much for Colt to pull her close and trap her in place. "Just behave," he whispered to her ear, his voice as low as a devil, "like you always do." Colt's arrogance was palpable as he added, "Play your part, and I'll forget all about Gavin." That remark almost made Regina chuckle. "Colt, don't project your filthy thoughts onto me," Regina said with a sneer. Colt's cold gaze bore into hers, but she stared back without flinching. "And what right do you have to control me?" Colt's eyes narrowed at her words. With one hand still holding her down, he swiftly undid his belt with the other. Then, he grabbed her hair and forced her face down toward his crotch. Her soft and trembling lips suppressed against his scorching and hard part. Colt's arrogant voice echoed again. "This is my right, and you know it. Your family's strapped for cash, and they're relying on you. Do what you're supposed to, and you won't have to worry about money again!" But the more Colt spoke, the tighter Regina's jaw clenched. Colt wasn't in a rush though. He held her down, letting her lips brush against his manhood ever so slowly. As worked up as she was, Regina couldn't shake the feeling welling up inside her—a wave of desire crashing through her that she couldn't explain, but she knew she had to resist. 'No, this isn't right. I must say no!' Seeing that Regina wasn't about to give in, Colt wasn't fazed. He pried her legs apart, and through the thin layer of her stockings and underwear, his fingers found their way to her most sensitive spot with expert precision. The moment his finger touched her, Regina's whole body shuddered. He hadn't even done much yet, just a few teasing rubs, but the dampness was spreading through her panties and stockings. "See, Regina? Why fight me? Your body's never said no to me," Colt said, holding his hand in front of her face, sticky with her juices. Regina squeezed her eyes shut, refusing to look, but the growing emptiness inside her left her palms slick with sweat. Colt wasn't going to wait any longer. Regina could feel his hot breath against her cheek, his impatience barely contained. Suddenly, Colt grabbed her wrist, pulling her arm up as he pushed her flat against the seat. The sound of tearing fabric filled the air as Regina felt the wet, constricting heat inside her stockings finally give way. But Colt wasn't interested in taking things slow. He didn't even bother taking off her panties. With just a flick of his thumb, he pushed the fabric aside and positioned himself right against her soaked entrance. The heat of him pressed against her, and Regina panicked. She shot down her hands to cover herself. "No! Stop!" But Colt had no intention of stopping. With one sharp thrust, he was inside her, burying himself deep in her moist v****a. 'No! No way!' Regina growled inside. She weakly pounded her fists against Colt's arm and finally mustered her strength to shout, "Stop it! Get out! I can't do this anymore! Colt, I want a divorce!"
