Sienna
I swallowed, feeling my body tensed. I wasn't going to be used again. I wasn't going to let him get to me.
I turned off my phone and immediately headed to bed, forcing myself to sleep.
I woke up the next morning feeling tired. My eyes were heavy, and I snapped my head towards my door, frowning on my face.
I pushed myself up, walking towards the door with a strong look on my face.
However, as soon as I opened the door, my face turned pale. I didn't know what else to do. I tried to speak when he stepped into the room.
“What are you doing here?”
He didn't have a smile on his face and closed the door the moment he walked in.
“I tried to call you, but your number suddenly went off. You didn't take my calls. Why?”
I swallowed, stepping backward while he followed me, staring into my eyes like I owed him something.
“I don't know what you're thinking, but we need to talk at my place.”
I frowned, crossing my arms over my chest with a dark look in my eyes.
“I don't think there's a need for the both of us to talk. I don't need to talk to you about anything!”
I clenched my teeth; I didn't want to keep having s*x with him in order not to complicate things.
“You don't need to talk? What happened between you and Professor Lucas last night?”I blinked, my face turned pale, and I felt the whole world spin. How did he, how did he get to know that?
I felt my world crumbling, and I felt my life about to fade out of my sight.
“How, how did you know about that?” I asked with worry on my mind.
He frowned. “Doesn't matter. For now I need to talk to you. Go in there, take a shower, get dressed, and let's go.”
I didn't know what to say, and he felt a bit confused about the way things were, but I didn't argue. I rushed into the bathroom, took a bath, and dressed up there, returning like a mess.
“Are you ready?”
I nodded, not wanting to waste time. I wondered how he was able to convince my father to let me go, but I guess he knew his way around this sort of thing.
We got in the car, and he still wasn't willing to talk to me. My heart raced and my wondered if the profferssor had told everyone about what happened last night.
I sensed his quiet rage. The way he gripped the steeringwheel the way he clenched his jaw and the way his index finger tapped on the staring wheel occasionally.
I swallowed, not wanting to think much on it and it wasn't long before we finally got to his house.
He stepped out of the car, helping me, and then I followed him from behind like a child.
He didn't stop at the living room, no. We walked into the bathroom and only then did he say a word.
“Close the door behind you.”
I felt my heart sink, and I felt my legs freeze in place, but I forced myself to move towards the door, twisting the key until I heard a click.
Silence…
Even after carrying out his orders, he remained quiet which kind of bothered me.
“El–”
“Why would you agree to meet him in a hotel, hmm? Are you trying to tell me there's something going on between you and every lecturer you see?”
I bit my lower lip. He accused me without giving me a chance to speak.
“No, that’s not it. Yes I went to the hotel. I missed his test because you f****d me all night, and I overslept.”
“You didn't think it was nice to inform me about it, huh?”
He asked, making me go silent, but I wasn't prepared to back down.
“Well, I thought I could handle it. I mean, I didn't expect that things would turn out this bad.”
He glared at me, then shook his head and began pacing round the room.
Then he stopped in and grabbed my arm, pulling me close.
“Did he do anything to you?”
I gasped. First, the way he pulled me was unexpected, and secondly, he was possessive, something I had never seen before.
“No, no he didn't. He didn't even give him the chance to speak and he threatened me.”
He shook his head, his eyes gazing into mine. “When were you going to tell me about this?”
I swallowed. He swears I planned to tell him; I just didn't know the right time to.
“Don't you trust me enough? If I made you miss the test, then he should be able to make you take that test again.”
I press my lip, lowering my gaze.
“Look at Sienna; I do not like it if you have to keep being like this. I have always been open with you. Why do you take me as someone who should know things about your life, huh?”
How do I explain to him I was scared? How do I explain that he made me so addicted, and I didn't want that?I swallowed, but this time he pulled my chin up.
“He's telling everyone he f****d you.” My eyes widened in horror. I expected him to start with my grades; I never thought he would go for my image.
“But we can fix that, so there's no need to worry, okay?”
I nodded, tears gathering in my eyes. I had no idea this would go south. I mean, I planned to expose this to Elias if anything went wrong, but it seemed Lucas already got to them first.
“Don't you ever go anywhere without my permission again, okay? I don't want you meeting with anyone else except Eden. You're mine.”
That last statement did something to my insides. I just hoped he would be able to work things out as he said.
“Meanwhile, you should keep a low profile. I know my colleagues and until we can prove you didn't do it with Lucas, you're still in danger.”
