Alpha Jeff tensed up. Then he turned slowly to face the trespasser.

It was Alpha Derek, to be exact.

I turned to face the other alpha who was waiting for us. The dark hair of Alpha Derek fell loose and cascaded in clouds of ebony about his shoulders. His face reddened from sleep, he was shirtless. But his eyes, which had been grey, were now completely black, and he was swollen with fury.

I felt a strange sort of relief as well as terror when I saw him looking like that.

"Derek!" Declared Alpha Jeff. How wonderful that you could come. Here, I was about to begin our tiny friend's care." He looked back at me at these final words. As he spanked me, I felt his palm bang across my rear.

"I am positive you heard me exactly right, Jeff. Release her!" With clinched teeth, Alpha Derek growled, her eyes flashing with rage.

Abruptly, Alpha Jeff let out a guffaw that echoed across the spacious auditorium. His hand crept up to caress my nude posterior. "What do you mean, just stop it?" He lifted his hand to slap mè once more. However, Alpha Derek managed to intercept the hand this time.

The intense gaze in Alpha Derek's eyes intensified, causing shivers to run down my spine. How could Alpha Jeff feel fearless while staring into such eyes? When Alpha Jeff realised his pal was not in the mood for jokes, his smile dimmed. He let off of me slowly and turned to face Alpha Derek.

"There is nothing you can do." He gave a clap in return. "She is mine.

She is my maid, therefore I am free to treat her anyway I like."

I stared at both alphas, panic pounding my heart into my rib cage. As more guests walked into the hall, I could hear drowsy whispers and footsteps—the noise must have woken them. The two pals were silently staring each other down, and the tension in the hall was palpable.

Alpha Jeff's dark grin reappeared on his face. "Fehris, my friend, go get some sleep." He declared. "I will overlook this one as it appears you consumed too much alcohol."I After turning to face me, he suddenly turned back to face his friend.

With a sly smile on his face, he said, "I will let you know how tight she is in the morning. Or, do you want to watch as I have her?"

His words made my heart thud, and I longed that the ground would swallow me whole. Although I detested being the focus of attention, Alpha Jeff had sadly regained control of me.To think we were also sulsalf-naked.informthese folks. How can pouldanis get any worse?

Jeff Alpha snorted. "You hypocrite, you are a good one to talk about terrorism!"

I saw the quiver of Alpha Derek's jaw at Alpha Jeff's comments, but he said nothing. As I watched, a small part of me felt sorry for Alpha Jeff. His fists were clawing at Alpha Derek fingers, and his eyes were bulging out of their sockets. He was starting to choke on the air in his lungs, and his face was gradually turning purple. Even though I really wanted Alpha Jeff to die, I did not want the two pals to be at odds with one another over Mel.

I could feel all of the people in the room staring at me. Their stares were like a blanket suffocating me, I could feel it. I could almost make out the words hidden in the whispers that I could hear coming from every direction.

They looked to be asking, "Why are two alphas fighting over her when she is just a lowly maid?"
