During the last class of the day, my phone vibrated in my pocket. Fishing it out, I peeked at the so and noticed a text message. Clicking on the I opened the message and read it, “Sending you a reminder that today is our first training session. See you at 3 pm. Regards, Asteria.!”
For a long moment, I kept staring at the name written at the end of the text. I don't know why I was surprised that a thousand-year-old witch knew how to use modern technology. Chuckling under my breath, I sent a quick text to Asteria confirming that I'd be there.
As soon as the bell rang, I quickly packed my belongings and scrambled out of the campus. Outside the gates, I found Adeline with her hands wrapped around Luke's neck. I watched in awe at the way they were staring into each other's eyes
