My leg bounces as I watch Damon and Nick from the kitchen window. As they push and trample over each other to get to the car first. They're so childish, it's adorable. Nick jumps in the passenger seat and Damon opens the driver's side door. Right as Lily goes sprinting out the front door. At the sight of her Damon's face lights up, a smile taking over his face. She runs into his arms and he swoops her up off the ground. She hugs him tightly, looking like she's almost choking him with how tight she's holding him. He hugs her back just as tightly and when she pulls away he proceeds to smother her face in kisses. She giggles and squeals as she runs back inside once he lets her down. Before he leaves he looks through the kitchen window and I pop the last bit of my half a sandwich into my mouth
