Leo's POV For a second he didn't move at all. His whole body went rigid against mine and I felt it immediately. That specific kind of stillness that comes right before someone pulls away. My stomach dropped. I had miscalculated. I had pushed too far and now he was going to grab me by the collar and remind me exactly whose house I was standing in. Then something in him broke.
