“Sorry Mrs. Woods, but all rooms are unfortunately preoccupied at this moment, I will suggest you stay in your suite for now,” The man behind the counter stated.
“Do you really not have anything? Nothing at all?” I asked in disbelief, as he shook his head.
“As I said, Mrs. Woods, everything is..”
“Yeah, preoccupied, I know, I heard you the first time.” I hissed, before I picked up my suitcase, as I stomped away from there.
I knew I now had to go back to the room with Tommy, as I had no other options. Hopefully, he would have figured out, when we could go home, but as I walked to the room, I realized he was on the phone.
He didn’t hear me come in to the room, as he was turning the other way around, so I just stood there waiting for him to finish his conversation.
