This had to be a member of the Lunar Tribunal. Of course, it had to be them. Who else would stalk me into the woods like a coward in the dark?
I shifted mid-leap, and my paws struck the ground just as the other wolf slammed into me. Its teeth snapped right next to my neck—close enough to feel their power, but not close enough to actually hurt me.
‘Fight!’ Bella howled.
