“Miss Vane,” the receptionist at the Main Building said with a sweet smile, “there’s been a change to your housing assignment.” She handed me the map of he campus and I stared at the tiny red circle indicating my new dorm. It was at the very edge of the campus, deep into the forest. “Given your… unique circumstances, the Board has decided it would be more comfortable for you to reside with students of a similar background.”
I looked at the shiny, huge dorm building in the center of the map and then back at her.
“Comfortable for who?”
