“Where am I going?” I asked like I didn't hear the first time, but he kept up his stoic face.
“You heard me. Where are you going?”
“And why are you keeping tabs on me? Don't tell me that I no longer have the right to move around here?” I asked him, trying to avoid the question.
If I told him that I was heading to meet up with Gary, he might refuse, especially since I'm on his team and he is obviously not getting along with Gary.
“Answer the question,” He said to me seriously, and I knew that I had no choice whatsoever.
“I'm going to Mr Gary's office,” I mumbled, and he stared at me for a while before walking away.
