Seeing Marizta, my beautiful queen in pain and unable to help, is pure t*****e to me. I know what needs to be done to take away her pain, but I also know that she’s not ready for that next step in our relationship. I don’t want to scare or scar her in any way. She’s such a beautiful and caring person. She tends to put the needs of others before herself, that’s a very good quality for a Luna as long as she is taking care of her needs as well as her own. I know that it can sometimes be hard to remember to take care of your own needs while trying to make sure that those who depend on you are also taken care of, that seems to be the one issue that caring people seem to have, remembering to take care of their own needs and issues. My beautiful Queen will be a wonderful Luna soon. Already, I see pack members looking towards her to see what her reaction is to different situations before they act or comment on something themselves.
Take Angel, for example, the unexpected attack last week should have had Angel cast out the pack and labeled a rouge. I know that Marizta knows this, she and I talked about that very subject. Instead, my beautiful Queen wants to give some time for Angel to come to terms with the knowledge that she’s nothing more than a sister to me. With the way that Angel has been behaving towards Marizta, she would have been exiled from most other packs long before now.
I still haven’t had a chance to speak with Liam about her family. But I’ve been hearing whispers that her family is part of the lost royal family that has been presumed dead for many years now. I want to talk to Marizta and her parents, but not until I’ve been able to talk to Liam. I’m hoping that he will be able to shed a little bit of light on the lost royal family, and hopefully he’ll be able to help me uncover some of the mystery surrounding my Queen and her family as well. Unfortunately, speaking with my father didn’t hold very many clues at all. While he did admit to knowing about the family of rogue wolves living close by, he didn’t know too much information about the family as a whole. Only that the family traveled extensively until they’ve found a place that felt like home to them. It was explained to dad that they were wanting to remain together and live peacefully, but they weren’t looking to find a new pack. Since their family was quiet for the most part, dad left them alone. With the stipulation that this family would need to contribute to the pack a percentage of their annual earnings. They would also need to keep their noses clear of drama, fights, or altercations with other packs in the area. In return, if it was ever needed, the Golden Moon Pack would be at their assistance in times of need or crisis.
All in all, dad didn’t share much information about the past of this little pack. Although it did sound like dad kept an eye on the family throughout the years. Since I've never heard of them at all, I believe it’s safe to assume that they manage to stay out of any type of troubles or concerns.
To say that Maritza and I are taking our time to get more knowledgeable about each other is an understatement. I want to know everything about her, and her know everything there is to know about me. for us to accomplish that, we need to date, a lot. And that's exactly what we've been doing. When not handling pack business, school work, or training; we're taking walks, sharing a meal, even sitting under a tree just talking about everything and anything. I'm so enjoying spending time with her, and I think she's feeling ok about me as well. It's the little things that I learn about her that I enjoy the most. Like, how she would suck on her middle and ring finger on her right hand until she was in kindergarten. Or the time, she was upset with Juan and threw a metal toy truck at him. She told me about the time when they accidently blew up their uncle's truck. But then I also told her about some of the shenanigans that I got into as a child. We were both rambunctious children, who obviously enjoyed being kids and getting into mischief. But man, oh man, if we ever have pups, and they get into half the crap that we got into growing up, then I'm doomed to a life of teaching them to fix and replace people's belongings. With the way things are sounding, they are going to be little adventurous beings that will cause a lot of mischief themselves.
I think it was very brave of mt queen to attempt to speak with Angel. She had no idea how Angel would react to her direct questioning, nor did she have any idea how out-of-pocket Angel would react to being questioned. Considering the she really knows all of nothing about Angel, the whole conversation could have taken a turn that she wasn't expecting. But, for the fact that she is very secure about herself and her own capabilities, she tackled the situation head on and didn't let anything stand in her way.
On another note, I'm completely ecstatic about how well she seems to get along with mom. They have an easy companionable communication that speaks of years of working together. As a team, those two seem to fit each other very well. If you was to look at them working side-by-side, you would have thought that they've not only known each other, but also worked with each other for a very long time. That's the kind of relationship that I could only wish for between my mother and mate. The two most important women in my life getting along so well together.

UnKnown Person's POV
“Alpha, I believe we have found the traitors finally. It seems they split up at some point around the San Antonio area; one group went as far east as Maryland before turning west again, while the other group went up towards the Ohio Valley before turning west, and they are now all moving towards the same location, whispers are saying that if they are unable to find asylum within a pack in the united states, they'll be using the mountains in the Montana-Idaho area to cross the border into Canada” The man standing in front of me with his head respectfully bowed said. I looked at him without saying anything at all. It shouldn’t have taken this long to find the family that ran from me. I looked over to the corner, where my slave was sitting quietly like the good b***h she is.
“Soon I’ll have both and you’ll have some company to help you with your duties, slave; doesn’t that sound good to hear?” She didn’t say anything in return. The stupid slave never says anything until I mount her. Then it’s all screaming and crying, like that’s going to stop me from doing what I need to do. Her place, the place of any female, is under a man. Every wolf in my pack understands and knows this. Only a select few have ever tried to resist the natural order of things. All but a few have either been put down or have been living out their natural life in my dungeon. Only a handful has managed to elude my punishment, and it seems, at long last, I’ll be able to bring them to task, and they will either learn what their places are in life or they will be put down like the dogs they are. I’m feeling nice, so I’ll let my slave watch. I’m sure her being there will help those few understand exactly what their place is in life.
“You know what you need to do, or do I need to explain it to you?” I asked looking back towards my servant.
“No Alpha, my men and I will bring the traitors back here with swift hast. They will finally meet their punishment for abandoning their pack.” The man bowed low and backed out of my office.
