Dylan scanned the shale wall spread about the estate, searching for a break in the structure. A reporter sneaking onto the property to take pictures unsettled him. So did learning about Heaven’s ex. The more he thought about it, the more convinced he became. The texts, the package, and the way his father had taunted Heaven at their engagement party. Somehow, his father found out about Mick. Now he was using the pain of her past to scare her.
Asshole. The sooner Dylan removed him from their lives, the better.
