“Did I- Did I say something wrong, boss?” Natalia looked confused. as Lucifer slowly sat up.
He couldn’t deny that what she had just said definitely reminded him of what had already happened, but he stifled the words back down with a gulp.
“I’m fine,” He finally said after a long bout of silence. His chest matched his breathing slowly as he turned to face her.
“Why do you ask? Packages sound rather specific.” He mumbled, trying to sound as nonchalant and unfazed as possible, but it almost felt as though Natalia could see through his guard.
