Shit, she's going to kill me when she finds out I've sold her out to her brother.
I never meant to. Just he has ways of getting information out of people. My broken hand and ribs are what got me to confess as well as him burning my face. I have 80% burns and I'll have to have a skin graft a few I think considering he's lighter is a fuckin blow torch. His men held me down so I didn't move until he'd tortured me until I told him who had sent the pictures to his wife well now ex-wife.
She deserves better than a lying cheating asshole like him. I agreed to help Seina because of that alone. We both knew the consequences of that alone, but we did it anyway.
He had no idea about the hidden camera in his office we planted to gain evidence of his betrayal.
He hadn't found it when he and his men had searched the office because by the time he had realised it was too late we had already mailed them to his wife as she'd already seen them and served him the divorce papers.
Boy was he pissed. I was supposed to be his most trusted third-hand man but I was sick of his lies and deceit to his wife not only to her but to their children he didn't give that much of a s**t about them or he would never have done what he did.
Served him damn right.
I loved Seina and she knew it. but I've f****d that up too. She's never going to forgive me.
The banging on my door made my body jump and my heart leap into my throat as she was there. I'm so f*****g dead.
"Open the f*****g door, Gino. I know you're f*****g in there the neighbours told me you've been in all f*****g day!"
Fucking nosy fuckers. They never know when to keep out of other people's business.
"Open the f*****g door now before I break it f*****g down. I'll give you the count of three Gino if you don't open the door then god help me!"

I pulled the door open. "I guess you should come in."
She walked past me. I closed the door and turned her fist suckered punched my face. "What the hell Seina?"
"That's for stabbing me on the f*****g back."
Her fist shot across my face, damn this woman knew how to throw a punch. This woman was more than pissed she was f*****g vexed and I couldn't even blame her.
"I trusted you Gino and you betrayed me."
"I know I'm sorry."
She put her hand up in front of her face. "I trusted you. You wanted the same thing as I did justice. We both knew Leilani didn't deserve his bullshit. This wasn't the first time, but it was his last and his undoing."
"I know I'm sorry."
"I don't need your bullshit sorries Gino all I want to know is why you told my f*****g brother it was me and nothing about your involvement in it. It was both of us and you know it. You said you loved me."
"And I do."
She shook her head. "No you don't you f*****g betrayed me in the worst possible way. We were the same me and you and you stabbed me in the f*****g back."
"Just f*****g listen to me Seina. For one goddamn minute."
"Fine, just tell me why."
"He tortured me Seina, he knew I had something to do with it. I don't know how, but he did. He wanted to know who else was involved when I didn't give him any names he began torturing me until he burned my f*****g face. I'm sorry Seina, I should've taken his torture. I let your name slip he thanked me by telling me he already knew it was you he just needed confirmation."

I looked into his eyes and I knew when this guy was lying and when he wasn't. We had gotten close over the past months getting everything we needed from my asshole brother to show Leilani what a true asshole cheater my brother was like a father-like son. Guess things never change.
I see a lot of dad in all of my brothers the way dad had treated our mom before he came to realise how not to treat women as he had her. Then he realised it was too late and tried to amend his mistakes. Would my brothers realise that when it came to Gian? I very much doubted it.
I looked at him I hadn't when I had arrived with my boiling anger. His face was blistered in one size, he was hugging his ribs and his fingers looked broken. "You need to go to the hospital."
"I'm fine."
"You're far from fine Gino. I'm taking you to the hospital, end of."
He sighed. "Fine. But I'm okay."
"Let the hospital be the judge of that."
He smiled. "Thanks."
I smiled and helped him out of his flat. I locked up and we made our way to my car and I helped him get in.
I got in and we nodded our way to the hospital.
I closed the flat door behind me with six sets of eyes looking at me. "Guys." I looked at the one person I didn't expect to see here. "Dad. What are you doing here?"
"Gian called and said that you had headed out and you were pretty pissed. He said that you were heading to the person you thought told Lucas you'd sent those photos to Leilani. But that was six hours ago angel, where have you been?"
"Calm down dad, yes I went to the guy who put it to Lucas, I had it out with him yes I hit him twice."
"And that took you six hours?"
"No. I took him to the hospital."
"And why the f**k would you do that?"
'Why the f**k indeed. Have you lost your f*****g mind Seira? He f*****g betrayed you?" Gian said, angrily. And I understood where he was coming from.
"Because Lucas had gotten to him first. Because Lucas tortured him to tell him who else was involved in sending the photos. He has 80-degree burns, broken ribs and fingers."
"Fuck."
"That could've been me, dad."
He pulled me into a hug. "I'm sending you away. Lucas has gotten out of hand until he gets his act together. I can't trust him not to come at you again. You're doing well in your studies, Seria. I'm going to send you to France. I know a designer over there who will only be happy to have you there as an intern. I'll get the ball rolling by this time next week you'll be in France and away from Lucas and his vendetta."
"What about mom?"
"She'll be fine, pumpkin, she'll understand. She already realises our family is falling apart and your older brothers are the ones to blame for this f**k up."
"Thanks, dad, this means a lot."
"I know pumping just don't mess up, it's a great opportunity."
