A woman cleared Leigh's dishs as another put a cheese cake in front of her and refilled her drink. "Umm..This is so delicious" Leigh moaned as she ate. Prince Aeryn and Randir laughed. "You gave the guard the night off" Aeryn asked between bites. "Yes sir, only two will be on duty tonight" Randir answered "The other thing we discussed?" Aeryn inquired lift his eye brow. "I found a place, it will be taken care of in the morning" Randir said as he finished his cake. Leigh enjoyed her dinner and dessert she hadn't paid attention to hardly any of Aeryn and Randir conversation. What she had was mostly security type things. The number of guard on duty and the like. Randir was the Captain of the Royal Guard, and one of Leigh only friends. "Would you like to walk in the garden with me?" Aeryn asked looking at Leigh. Leigh noded and stood from her chair. Aeryn lead her to a door in the dining room that lead outside. Once outside Aeryn offered her his arm and she took it, wrapping her arm around his. They walked silently down the garden path. Leigh knew she didnt have many more chances to spend time with Aeryn. She knew what they all knew, very soon Aeryn would have to take wife. She also knew she wouldn't be strong enough to watch him marry someone else. She had decided she would leave Moondale. She hadn't told Aeryn, he would stop her. Leigh made up her mind, it was better for them both. "Leigh" Aeryn said ripping her from her thoughts. They had stopped in from of a large water fountain. The water came pouring out in to the fountain from large octopus mage from black marble. Leigh was sure a master spell crafter made it, it was so life like. She admired the fountian for a moment and then turned to Aeryn. He was watching her. She started to say something but couldn't find the words. She found him difficult to be with sometimes. Having to deny what she felt every second, it was becoming harder. She wanted to run, she wanted to stay. Aeryn wrapped this arms around her waist pulling Leigh close. She did not resist him, she lost that fight along time ago. She could not resist feeling him close to. She rested her face on his chest feeling his heart beat. She smelled the pine in his long hair. She lost herself in the comfort and warmth of his arms. Aeryn placed a hand on her cheek and brought gaze to meet his. She stared in to his eyes as he brought his mouth to me meet hers. She didn't resist not even when he put his tongue in her mouth. She did as he did her tongue following his dancing. She didn't fight as tears started to form and fall down her face. She had resisted her desires for so long. She was so tired, she couldn't fight them anymore. Her tears fell more freely. Aeryn released her from thier kiss still holding tight. He looked in her eyes, confusion setting in to his own as he watched her tears fall. He loosened his grip moving his hand to Leigh's face wiping her tears. Prince Aeryn started to say somthing, but everything in Leigh was screaming to run. Leigh stepped backwards from Aeryn and turned and ran. She didn't know where to go, so she went to the room she shared with Aeryn. She though herself on the bed and as the tears kept falling. Aeryn had kissed her it made her heart swell and it broke it all at the same time. She though of thier kiss. Aeryn had never pushed it so far before. He had never kissed her before or tried to and now that he had, she would long for it. Leigh sat alone, sobbing harder. Leigh didnt notice Randir come in the room till he sat on the bed "Hey kiddo, are you alright." Randir asked already knowing the answer. "He kiss me tonight, Randir" she told him between sobs. "I am sorry, Leigh" Randir replied "I watch both of you struggle with your feelings for weeks now." "He loves you." Randir added "I can't do it anymore" She cried "I am going to leave when we back to Moondale." "Leigh, you dont have to go."Randir tried to reason, " It not safe for you alone." "What choice do I have?" Leigh asked, "I know this is what is best for us both." "Where will you go?" asked Randir "Prince Aeryn is going to look for you." "I don't know where I will go, but he isn't going to find me." Leigh answered. "I am going to try and get some sleep" Leigh told Randir. "Goodnight, sleep tight" Randir said as he closed the door behind him. Leigh sat on the bed alone. She would leave once they returned to Moondale. She would make her way to port city and take a ship anywhere. She thought to herself as the pangs of heart ache began to grip her. Leavin her home, leaving Aeryn was going to be painful, but what else could she do? "I have to go, so he can move on, he has a duty to our people." Leigh resolved as the tears began flowing down her face once again. Leigh tried claiming herself as laid on the bed. Her thoughs to Aeryn holding her, the sound of his heart, the smell of pine in his hair. She found comfort in the memory. She could almost feel the warm of his arms surrounding her. She found herself growing calm and tired. Leigh closed her eyes to let sleep over take her. Prince Aeryn image started to appear in her mind. She found peace with his image as she let sleep over take her.
