We had informed Aine's parents about her return. Lucca had assured me, he would responsibly take her back home, but I couldn't help myself worrying about her. She had already suffered a lot and I couldn't risk anymore trouble. So I accompanied her anyway. We had boarded the evening flight. And she was silent, as always, like a little mouse. We were the only people in Vip quarter. I wanted to take my private jet but there had been a problem in engine. I never would have agreed to travel through govt. Airlines or any other private airlines. So Lucca insisted on using his airlines. He owned one of the best travel agencies in Russia after all.
"So are you excited?", Lucca asked Aine in a comforting tone. They were sitting side by side, while I choose to sit in front.
"I am. A lot. But still... a little worried."
"Why?"
"Just for no reason."
"It's gonna be fine.", the room was silent for some time until he spoke again. "Do you have any siblings?"
"Y-yeah. Finn and Fionna. They are twins. I'm the youngest one."
"Oh! Amazing. It must be fun."
"Yeah. They fight a lot but still they are best friends and they treat me like... they are my parents."
"They must be amazing."
"Yeah they are."
"Seems like they are really loving to you."
"Yeah they are. Once, when I was in kindergarten, there was a guy in my class, he took my favorite pencil, means he actually stole it, well we were friends but still he shouldn't have stolen it. So I cried a lot. Finn and Fionna were in highschool at that time. Our schools were not that far apart. They used to always pick me up after school. When they got to know, they forced him to give it back and in return got a beating from the guy's brother, who was in college. I mean they were really small compared to him. But they got it back anyways. Finn was always so protective and thoughtful. Fionna was a good fighter but Finn always accompanied her when they fought. They had always been popular for that. They had beaten a lot of guys.", she was excited just by talking about them. Such a kid.
"It must have been fun."
"Yeah", her voice was dull. "Finn must've cried a lot. He always told me to be careful and never go anywhere alone."
"It's fine.", Lucca assured her.

We had carefully took her back home. Her siblings engulfed her in a tight hug just as we reached and never let go. Her mum never stopped crying. She continuously thanked us. It turns out Finn was just a guy version of Aine just a little bit older. Same goes for Fionna. The siblings had an uncanny resemblance.
Finn had too kept on saying that he was grateful.
I and Lucca left in the evening to go Athens and then Kazan. There was a lot of undone business. But there was a strange numbness in my ears that kept on hurting me in a strange way, I had never experienced before.
