About three hours later, Jaden and Nadia arrived at Port-Harcourt. The driver parked in the house and Jaden sighed aloud. He got down from the car with Nadia and Keith, and then he looked around the compound. Darn. He had missed home.
He looked at Nadia and smiled. “I’m home, finally.”
“Yeah, mum and dad really missed you,” Nadia replied, holding his hand.
Keith came over and hit his back.
“Ow!”
“Don’t get nervous,” Keith said. He had joined them at the airport.
Jaden exhaled slowly and walked to the house with Keith and Nadia. They entered the hallway and got to the sitting room. His parents were seated on the sofa. Immediately he entered, Chloe, his mum got up and rushed to hug him. Then, she released him to touch his face before hugging him again.
