Grey and Tahnee walked into the kitchen. Smiles were on both their faces. They had heard the shout from Slaton and felt the joy that coursed through him. Each was thinking it was about time the two had come to an agreement.
Brenna was enveloped in a bear hug by Grey. Tahnee pulled her close with tears in her eyes. Here was the daughter she had been waiting almost three decades for.
