"It's so thrilling! Are you feeling the excitement, too? I can hardly contain my joy!" I exclaimed to Jack while enjoying our meal together in his office. Ava was in heat, which meant she might soon be pregnant.
"You're excited about Ava being in heat? Why? I don’t even want to imagine what those three are doing at this moment," Jack asked, his eyes focused on the paperwork before him, clearly bothered by something.
I wasn't sure what was going on; I could feel his worry through the mate bond.
"I wasn't thinking about the details. I thought they might bless us with a niece, nephew, or even both! What if it ends up being more than one?" I exclaimed, clapping my hands in excitement.
I couldn't wait for Ava to have pups. She was going to be a wonderful mother. Ho
