"Well, that was quite the adventure. Kane enjoyed himself," I remarked as I shook some grass and dirt off my clothes and got dressed.
My wolf hadn't gotten the chance to play in a long time. I was happy he had the opportunity to play with his mate Sage.
"Yeah, Sage seems much happier now. Thank you both," Ava expressed, giving Ace and me a grateful hug.
I loved any form of affection Ava initiated towards me. I can’t wait until later when there can be a lot more affection between us.
"Watch out, James. Some of us prefer to keep our clothes clean and free from dirt and grass," Ace interjected sharply.
I had accidentally gotten a little bit of grass on his clothes. Ace was too anal about being neat.
