"Why are we conducting nighttime training?" questioned Joel, one of the warriors. I knew they weren't fond of training at unconventional hours, but it was necessary.
"I don't understand why we focus so much on hand-to-hand combat when we shift into wolves more during battles," complained Eli, another warrior.
It was clear that Eli didn't grasp the importance of mastering the basics.
"Well, that's because, through hand-to-hand combat, you learn to trust your Wolf and work with them during battle. They already possess the necessary strength. Besides, shifting into wolves isn't always an option. We need to prepare ourselves for any situation that may arise," I explained, approaching them from behind.
It was always amusing to surprise them when I masked my scent.
