My cellmate looked down on me curiously, but didn’t say a word. Cautiously, I stood, and he tracked my movements with his eyes, but he didn’t move a muscle. I stood just out of range of his reach, afraid of what he would do if he grabbed me. “Hello,” I said quietly. “My name is Evianna, what’s your name?” He didn’t react at first, only watched me with ever curious eyes.
