Jase sat backstage with the band, while Garrett ran to the car to grab the jeans Jase had brought for Garrett to wear.
Jase glanced around the room, looking at the guys. They were all vibrating. Their adrenaline was on high alert, readying for an awesome show. Jase’s stare locked on the new kid, Ethan. The way his leg bounced and body shook, Jase couldn’t tell if he was excited or ready to puke. It could be both.
Ethan looked up and caught Jase’s gaze. “You all right?” Jase asked, praying the answer would be yes.
“I’m good. Just can’t wait to get out there.”
