A group of some twenty djinn were gathered in the living room of the mansion Fatima had taken for her own. These were all the air elementals in the Bel-Air group, called here by their leader because they would be of the most use in the search for her missing Chosen. All djinn could travel instantly from place to place, and all of them had the ability to rise into the air when the situation required, but only the djinn who controlled the air could actually fly.
Malik knew a few of the assembled djinn by name, more of them by sight, but some of their faces were completely unfamiliar to him.
