MARTHA’S POV Today is my off day from working at the grocery, well not technically my off day but I did tell them that I can’t be working from Monday to Saturday since I have kids to look after and they’ll be on holiday soon, can’t spend all my cash on the babysitter when I can take of them myself. I inhaled deeply as I walked down the stairs in my bathrobe; I turned on the electric kettle and leaned on the counter rubbing my temple.
