Vykirenia now on the edge of Dragon Dunes patiently waiting for her brother. He is the only one she ever trusted and knew she could tell him of her newest occupation and decision, granting Father his wishes in the end but it's all to save the Dragons.
She could see him on the horizon while sitting on a stump of a fallen tree to the Wasteland. The wasteland made of dust, rapple of discard, a fallen empire of old, laying to waste. As he closes the gap to her she could spy his orge like mask, the furs draping him and his weapons in hand. The waste land brings out the paranoid warrior. Lurching leeches hide in the ground only to ambush the unexpecting and pillage what can be collected.
Once he is in close range she gazes upon her beast of a brother, she giggles,
“You look so mean. I know the true you, my brother. A big cuddly orge.”
He slams his battle-axe into the dusty ground. Swiftly scooping his sister up into a warrior's hug. Suddenly he feels the heat emulating from her. He quickly drops her and aggressively asks,
“What is this heat from you? Why do you feel like fire? Fever?”
She bows her head, "Well brother, I have been chosen to protect the dragons.”
“That is a legend of old.” He grumbles at her as he retrieves his axe. "Fable and lies. A story to rock the children to slumber. Give people hope, something to spread."
With a plead in her eyes “You have to believe me. I even had an encounter with Sirena. And to make everything even more unbelievable… I have been promised to Oweghyn.”
Slautourn looks away just as she sees anger shoot through his eyes. He knew she is to wed one of the brothers when she came of age but he didn’t trust either one of the boys. One is a fighter and one is a ego-manic replusive human.
Vykirenia could feel his anger, "You knew of this marriage!” her anger growing from feeling betrayed, feeling lost and feeling empty.
“Yes! Father made me promise to not interfere with this decision. I don’t trust the twins as far as they can be tossed.” he husks with remorse dripping on the syllables.
“Well then I guess you have no say in whom I choose.” She hisses while staring at him in disbelief "You are suppose to protect me. Warn me. You are my brother." With that she fled. Unable to look at him as her rage boils her blood. No Draco calming effects could or would help in this moment.

Fleeing from her brother, running. Running further from father. Running further from brother. Her anger seeping into decimation meltdown as she felt the betrayal although he must of been bound to the secrecy by father. Father, he would never hear the end of her rants of betrayal.
She ran with no direction in mind. Just her thoughts absorbing into her aimless run. As she reaches the end of land, teetering on a cliffside, she could smell the sea air. She could taste the salt. The trees have grown thick behind her, they had been hiding the cliff. The dense fog covering the ground and what liad at the bottom of the cliff. Crashing sounds of waves were giving little awareness to travelers. Quickly merging out of the thicket of fog, she finds Oweghyn is near.
Her heart racing and legs quivering, she fell from exhaustion. As she was lying upon the moss ground, she whispers, “I have to cover you.”
Quickly placing her glove back on to hide Draco. She knew no one needed to know yet. He would be her secret for as long as possible. The story is simply a bedtime story, a legend of sorts, a fairy tale passed along. And she didn’t want to become part of history yet or even a new shiny pet to another. She needs to fullfill her new destiny, protect the Dragons, save her people from the Necromancer.
She could hear footfalls getting close. Then a voice speaking another language begins fluttering around her, erupting from the blanket of fog. Her eyes rolling into her head as blackness takes hold of her.
The last thing she sees is well armor-suited men trampling to her location. A male voice bellowing into her thoughts
“Careful! She could be dangerous!”
