It was the bird of songs that would leave word for her to meet her brother in Dragon Dunes. As of late she’d been sneaking away, traveling through the forest of sprites so she could visit and hear his tales of adventure. Knowing if she was caught she too be exiled, for deception. Princess Vykirenia has a stubborn appeal to life and hardship as determination courses through her veins. Her fighting skills were blessed upon her at an early age, no mother to influence the role of a dutiful princess. The King had no choice but to have her train like her brother, making her strong, a warrior but as she grew older she found a way to make her wild fighter tame. Refined to adapt to the beauty she possessed upon her face. Her undeniable beauty was and is, promised to another kingdom when she was of young age. It’s all for warriors in strength, union of houses. Upon learning this, Princess Vykirenia now at the proposed age, protests to fulfill this promise. She has no interest in fullfilling her father's demands. *** Princess Vykirenia runs through the Forest of Sprites, the overgrown trees of green. The moss sprouting to the north, consuming all the land hidden from the sun. Blue orbs sprinkle along the stream. Vykirenia knew the orbs were the fairies that belong to the forest. Devious and mischievous little sprites they are. One could stop to rest and lose all that is of value at the mercy of a little orb that distracts anyone from their mission. She continues her run towards Dragon Dunes in hunt for her brother. But as she enters into a clearing of the forest, a wolf of abnormal portions enters and low growl pulls her to a halt. Then she sees Sorceresses Sirena. Sirena is old and wise, uses the earth surroundings to make her visible. She is part of worldly elements, only taking side if it was in her best interest. She has much control over the earth elements and the devilish Sprites. Her loyalty is only with the existence of the four elements. Earth. Fire. Water. Wind. “My young child, an evil wind is rising. Surely you can feel it?” Sirena starts as she approaches the princess in the clearing of the forest edge, urgency laces into her thick gypsy accent, Tree limbs parting, vines grasping and twirling in her movement. Blue orbs flitter and dance in her shadow. Forest animals perching and waiting as the wolf stands near as if on guard. “The Necromancer has built an army. Upon the horizon of the third full moon the ground‘ll quake with the forgotten creatures. Land’ll spoil. Beauty’ll die. Dragons’ll fade into a child’s bedtime story. All magic'll fade. We all shall not exist. ” Princess Vykirenia couldn’t believe that the evil once stowed away is returning, her childhood fairy tale nightmare story returning. And the very fate of existence, man kind could be slaughtered by the Necromancer. “How will you fight?” Sirena asks with uncertainty dripping in her gypsy voice. How will Vykirenia fight? How will she want to survive the evil on the horizon?
