It tells about a teenage boy in an orphanage, who is saddled with the burden of immortality and can't remember how he came to be. He had lived through the dark ages and even though the second world war implied by the book to be most recent. He had watched his friends and loved ones die and are apathetic to mingling. His perchance for solitude singles him out for troubles ironically.

Humans in a bid to rewrite their histories from despicable to immense would go all out to actualize their dreams.

It is important to know that there is a shift in consciousness. The hero doesn't know the potentials he has; he could restart the world as it were. It's like having a time portal to your past and future at the same time. As an individual, you could change a lot of things about yourself. The gratifying thing about this book is that the villains are well aware of the power play.

He is destined for great things and he may just be the lost demigod of old: the last and living child of the Greek god of Time. He would be sought after since only a few people know what he is capable of and many would like him to be on their side. Would he be responsible for The apocalypse or Redemption.?
