Chapter 2

1038 Words
Damian’s POV I can feel my skin burning as my wolf tries to come out. It feels like I was being ripped into pieces as I try to stop myself from transforming. My claws are already out and I can already feel the sharpness of my pangs against my lips. I can control my wolf during the full moon but having Atasha near intensify his desire to come out. “Let me in Damian or I will tell our deal to Sebastian,” she threatened and just hearing Sebastian’s name I felt my body snapped. My wolf became even more wild but before it could reveal itself I took a deep breath to calm myself. After a while I felt my body slowly going back to normal. “Let her in,” I commanded in a low voice but it was enough for them to hear. I remained facing the garden turning back on the dood even if I already heard it opening up. I can feel my heart beating erratically as I felt Atasha’s presence getting near. “What do you need?” I coldly asked without looking at her. She was silent for a few seconds until her voice finally filled my ear. “I heard you calling my name. The voice that had been calling me in my dreams and whenever I look at the moon…it was you right?” She recognized it. She recognized my wolf’s call. I clenched my fist tightly before turning around to face her which I immediately regretted because the moment I saw her hazel brown eyes I felt my wolf betraying me again but I won’t allow myself to transform in front of Atasha. If I have to drain my energy just to stop my wolf from coming out, then I will. “I don’t know what you are talking about, Atasha. Are you drunk or something?” I asked trying to remain calm as possible even though I am slowly losing my sanity. All I can think off while she stands in front of me was to dig my pangs on her neck. I want to mark her and claim her as mine but she is not yet ready. “I can’t be mistaken, Damian. The voice called me again while I was staring at the moon. It called me over and oved again and this time the voice became clear. It was no longer a whisper but a clear call and I know it was you. You owned that voice Damian,” I let out a soft chuckle eager to prove that it wasn’t me who calls her. I even shook my head and looked at her filled with doubt. “You’re just tired from everything that happened Atasha. Just take a rest and stop imagining things,” She firmly shook her head and started walking towards me. The sounds of her heels against the floor mimick the loudness of my heartbeat. I can feel my body heating up and it feels like my heart will explode any moment as she got close but I look at her with blank expression acting like I wasn’t affected by her presence at all. She closed the distance between us only leaving a few inches while her eyes was locking mine. “Call my name,” she demanded filled with authority and for the first time I felt a fear in my system. Her gaze was too intense as if she was trying to read the deepest part of my soul. “Call my name, Damian,” she repeated without breaking off the gaze. I can feel a huge lump formed on my throat making it hard for me to breath. Her sweet scent infiltrated my nose making the situation even worse. I can feel my claws coming out again and my pangs digging into my skin. “What’s stopping you Damian? Why don’t you call my name?” Her gaze became even more intense making my wolf go even more wild. I couldn’t think straight. All I want was to digged my pangs on her flesh and sucked her sweet blood. I want to taste her and leave my mark. I took few deep breaths to calm my nerves and came back to senses and when I successfully controlled my body again I held her waist and pulled her body even closer to mine making sure she felt my hardness. Her moan filled my ear and that made me want her more but I have to stopped myself. I slowly bent down and placed my lips near her ear letting my hot breath brushed against her skin. This time she was the one panting. I can feel her body shivering against my touch and I can’t help but smile seeing how much effect I had on her. “Atasha,” I called her name coldly but filled with gentleness. “Atasha,” I called again before pulling myself away and meeting her gaze. “Are you satisfied?” I asked without tearing off the gaze. She was silent. Lost for words. I want know what’s going on inside her pretty head. I want to know what’s she thinks but all I could was stare at her and wait for the words that will slipped out of her luscious red lips. “It was you,” she confirmed. The side of my lips rose for a smirk. I can see confusion in her eyes but I won’t gave her the answer that she wanted. I will make her fall for me before I reveal who I am. I will make sure she will have no choice but to accept who I am. “How did you do that? Why am I hearing your voice inside my head? Who are you Damian Volkov?” she asked fear laced in her tone. I held her face and gently caressed her chin not to calm her down but to make her feel where she belongs. “Someone you shouldn’t mess with, Atasha so do what I say. Stop meddling with my business. If I forbid you to see me then do what I say if you don’t something to happen to you,”
