True Love Never Ends

Chapter 2

It was the end of the school day and Cece and Tay have been insisting on my attendance to Chadrick's party. So I finally gave in and decided to go to the stupid party.

“What's the worst that could happen?” I thought. The girls were sleeping over at my house as usual since I had the big house to myself and they were always welcomed.

'' You guys ready?'' Daniel asked as we were now walking out of school. We were going shopping so I could get a hot outfit for this party. I didn’t want to attend, but I sure as hell had to show out looking damn hot.

'' Hell Yeah, Chadrick's party going to be TURN'T UP!'' Cece’s loud ass shouted. Daniel laughed and picked Cece up running towards his car. They were always playing. They are like some little kids. I wasn’t jealous of their relationship, to be honest I was really happy that my girl had someone who was down for her, loved and cherished her in every way. We all deserved that, but I was honestly lonely, and sometimes wished I had a boyfriend too. I could get a boyfriend because I was cute, but these niggas right now weren’t enticing.

As we arrived at the mall we ran towards Aeropostale. I saw some cute turquoise looking vests that caught my eyes. They were cute, we could all buy them but accessorize them differently, and we would look cute. Most importantly we could make our grand entrance. Ha! We walked over and bought 3 of the vest. We each decided on wearing a specific color, so we wouldn’t exactly be in the same thing just wearing a similar vest.

Tay would wear purple, Cece pink and I would wear turquoise. I bought some turquoise skinny jeans, matching slippers, black crochet back tank, turquoise bracelet set, turquoise earrings. Tay bought purple skinny jeans, Ice silicone watch, purple and silver bracelet set, purple slippers to match and the same crotchet black tank as mine. She also bout a cute purple IPhone case to match. Finally, Cece bought pink skinny jeans, black crotchet tank, pink Michael Korr’s slippers, pink and silver cross bracelet, pink earrings and a PINK IPhone case to match. We were pleased with our outfits so Daniel brought us home to get dressed while they went on their way.

'' Later guys see you at 9:30'' Daniel said. The party was really at 10 but he knew we were going to take a long time to get ready. We each went into different bathrooms to shower. I really couldn't wait for this party. I finally got into the mood of going to this party. Why not go and have fun?

We finally finished showering and we were all dressed in our undies as I did make up and Cece did our hair. Cece was going to curl my hair, give Tay a top knot and she was giving herself a simple bun. She did all our hairs as I went on to our makeup. I enjoyed doing makeup, and learned most of what I knew from watching my mother growing up doing her makeup and also from watching YouTube videos. I was pretty good at it too. I was now really in a partying mood and I really wanted to get faded so bad.

We got dressed and took some photos until Daniel, Khalil and Jayson arrived. Jayson was Daniel cousin who had a huge crush on me. And always made it so obvious. Approximately, half an hour after we go dressed Daniel called telling us he was on his way. We were ready so I began to text my dad. My dad lived on the other side of town. We talked once in a while. He also wants me to move in with him. But I really don't want to leave. I didn't really like this house but I didn't want to leave Carla. If I ever leave this house I am never coming back and I surely will never speak to my mother again.

She was in my life, well most times. She travels a lot so we hardly ever see each other. She used to always come to visit all holidays and never miss a single special event (funerals, birthdays), until she met Dalton, who is now her ' boyfriend'. That’s all I heard. The last time I spoke to her, she wanted me to move to Paris with her but that's where she met Dalton, since then we haven't spoken about it and I haven’t brought it up because I was not moving to Paris, I loved America and I loved my friends.

'' Raiya'' Cece loud ass yelled in my ear.

''HUH?!'' I said snapping my head towards their direction. '' Why you yelling?'' I asked angrily.

'' We've been calling you for god damn nearly an hour'' her dramatic ass said, while placing her hands on her hips. I shook my head. She can be so dramatic. '' Daniel is here'' she said walking away.

'' Daniboo is here?!'' I scream shouted and ran towards the door.

'' DANIEL!" I shouted jumping on him. I caught him off guard but he caught me.

'' Hey Rocky'' he said weirdly while laughing, looking at me like he didn’t just see me a few hours ago.

'' b***h get off my man'' Cece yelled. I turned around and gave her the finger.

'' Don't be giving my wife the finger'' Daniel said slapping my finger. I rolled my eyes, pouted and got in the car.

We all got in the car, just the girls and Daniel and Jayson was in the car. I started to wonder where Khalil was since he was always with Daniel and I knew he was going to the party as well.

'' Khalil's not going?'' I asked.

'' Why you seem so interested? He is driving his car'' Daniel said looking at me through the rear-view mirror

'' Was just checking'' I said rolling my eyes, while blushing a little. I didn’t want him to know that I had a little crush on Khalil’s fine ass.

'' Why you ain't checking on me Rihanna?'' Jayson asked. He always called me Rihanna says the name fits me more. But honestly I take it quite offensive. He's trying to say my name is not s**t. And I actually like my name. Raiya Jo Hampton. I loved my name.

''My name is not Rihanna'' I corrected calmly while rolling my eyes in annoyance. '' It is Rai-Ya.'' I said while breaking my name in syllables so his ass could understand.

''Whatever'' he said while staring at me.

'' Stop looking at her like that Jayson. You creeping the girl out'' Taylia said while laughing.

'' She is just too gorgeous. I am in love with her'' He said, See he is now an official a stalker in my book. I shaked my head ignoring his outburst.

Shortly after, we arrived at the party. Chadrick’s house was a mansion type house. His father was a lawyer while his mother was a Real Estate Agent, so they were a little well off. His mother hated my guts. I really don't know why though. And I really didn't care.

We walked into the house. All four of us. I didn't count Jayson's ass. Daniel was holding Cece around the waist and Tay and I were walking side by side. We actually looked cute. Matching and stuff. I painted my nails gold and turquoise.

We walked into the party and everyone stopped to look at us. I knew everyone was looking at me because they were wondering why the hell am I at Chadrick’s party. They knew how much I hated his guts. Remembering our fight brought back memories. I started smiling for no god damn reason.

I walked over to where the drinks where. I kind of wanted to get drunk tonight. So I told Tay to stay with me tonight so that I didn't do anything stupid. I walked over to the inside bar and asked for some Hennessey. I sat on a stool beside the bar.

'' Hey'' someone spoke into my ear. I turned around to face Khalil. I gave him a small smile, he was looking extremely cute in all white, and his diamond earrings lit up his face along with his cross chain. He looked extremely handsome.

'' Hey wassup?'' I asked while taking a sip from my cup and looking him up and down.

'' I’m just here looking at all these drunk girls dance'' he said shrugging.

'' Oh'' I replied lamely.

I gulped down the rest of the drink and asked for another.

'' Want to dance?'' I asked.

He nodded, I smiled and pulled him up.

Red Nose by Sage the Gemini was playing and I was feeling this song. I began to move my waist slowly, before I went full on twerking on him, he could keep up and soon we had the attention of everyone in the room. We continued dancing for a couple more songs.

'' Can we please sit, you tiring out a nigga'' Khalil said pulling me back towards the bar. '' I totally forgot you were a dancer. You got a nigga sweating and s**t'' he said while laughing.

I laughed. '' Yeah, I know sometimes I even forget too'' I said shrugging.

'' You know I like you right?'' Khalil asked. I looked up towards him with a shocked look. He liked me too. I smiled.

'' Really? '' I asked

'' Well, I always wanted to ask you out so ammo ask now. You wanna go out with me tomorrow?'' he asked me. I smiled. I was kinda happy he asked because I liked him as well. But I really didn't want to go out with him because he is a thug and I don't want to get my heart broken.

'' How about we chill at the park and see how it goes'' I said. He smiled and hugged me.

'' So now you start f*****g my friends now!'' I heard Chadrick's dumbass voice saying from behind me.

'' Nigga please, get the f**k out of our faces and go back to eating out that b***h Ashley'' I said lowly getting pissed off. I didn’t want to cause a scene and I didn’t want to get angry because I would bash his face into the bar and I was really working on my anger.

'' b***h get the f**k outta here with that bull.'' he said angrily. He came closer to me, like he was about to hit me.

'' I’d advise that you get the f**k outta my girls face'' Khal said calmly while getting in front of me and in Chadrick's face.

'' So you really f*****g that b***h. I thought we were friends'' Chadrick said.

'' I ain't your friend dumb ass nigga. I don't flex witcha. I only flex with Daniel and 'em'' Khal said in a rough tone, I could sense he was getting angry. “ You better watch what you say to Ray my nigga” he finally said before looking Chadrick up and down.

'' You a p***y ass nigga'' Chadrick said swinging at Khalil.

Khal ducked then upper cut his ass, while continuously punching Chadrick in the face and kicking him. By this time everyone's attention was to us, I mean everyone. And Chadrick was bleeding as hell. I tried to get Khal off him but Khal was too big, and my little ass couldn’t get him off. Shortly after, Daniel and the guys came over getting Khal off Chadrick.

“Don’t try that s**t again my nigga, or I’m gonna body you my nigga. And call my girl a b***h again, and we gonna have some problems” Khalil said in anger before he grabbed my hands and saying, “Let’s go Raiya'' Khalil said. I just rolled my eyes and went with him. Now he thinks am his girl. I just went with him to ensure that he's okay. I have never seen him so angry before.
