It is the oven pinging that stops them, Aiden’s lips curving up in a smile against Beto’s. “When did that happen?” Beto says in surprise, curling his hands around the edge of the counter as Aiden squeezes his waist. “What?” “The pizza.” Aiden is gleeful as he kisses him again. “Did I distract you, Beto?” “Yes. Very. I mean, you did.” “Tongue-tied already. I like it.” “Is there any need for you to be so smug?” Beto asks.
