I watch as Skylar leaves the room. I see Keenan getting up to go after her. I look over to Cole with has a sad smile on his face. “Cole everything alright?” I asked him. “It will be Xavier. I think that Keenan just wants to help her in his own way.” He says as he watches Keenan slip out the doors. I smile knowing that Skylar has a wonderful group of people around her.
After talking more with the warriors who arrived, it was getting late. I walked up to Skylar suit to check on her and when I walk into the room, I see both Keenan and Skylar asleep on the couch. I smile at how close they are. “They have been friends since her father took Keenan in” Cole says from behind me. “I never knew. I always thought he was born from the lycan pack.” Cole shakes his head.
