The following week, classes were suspended because the University had organised series of inaugural lectures. The other week, when classes came around, Aurora tried not to be disappointed that certain brown eyes were missing from the set of eyes watching her as she illustrated drawings on a blueprint displayed on a projector. Very few minutes to the end of the class, Mathew walked in, dressed all in blue. The colour set off his bronze skin in the most beautiful complementing contrast. "Glad you could make it, Mr Calm." The comment was from Anderson, one of the most attentive, but pompous students in the class. Mathew gave him a look that could wither grapes but Anderson didn't see to mind as he smiled lazily. There was obviously some sort of feud between them. Class activities kept everyone occupied. After giving them a little assignment, Aurora ended the class. All through class, she had felt Mathew's gaze follow her. Once or twice she'd met his eyes and the intensity she saw drew her breathless. As she gathered her things, she felt rather than saw him approach. She looked up and took in the lethal view of him. She was floored by this male beauty. He had at least five inches over her, his lean built and easy gait was enamoring. He had full pink lips and his nose was a work of art. Pointy elf ears did not at all detract from his beauty and high cheek bones made Aurora think of aristocrats. He was young but not very young. He wouldn't be much younger than she was, if at all he is. When he came before her, he simply stood, saying nothing. Aurora hesitated in saying something after all, he came to her. Just when the silence started to stretch, he said; "Thank you" and before she could ask what his appreciation was for, Mathew walked out of the classroom.
